Valamar: Perfect experience creator

Valamar Riviera d.d. is the largest tourism company in Croatia, managing hotels, resorts, and campsites across the country’s leading Adriatic destinations, with the capacity to accommodate around 58,000 guests per day. For their Perfect Experience Creator service, which offers guests personalized experiences and activities throughout their stay, we developed a promotional concept that also serves as a warm welcome to Valamar visitors.

The proposed door hanger goes beyond its conventional purpose, becoming a creative tool for welcoming guests while promoting Valamar’s new service. Its shape is inspired by the Valamar logo, with the distinctive pointer serving as the product’s key visual element, while the remaining graphics follow the brand’s established visual identity. Thanks to its multifunctional design, the door hanger communicates on two levels. On one side, it welcomes guests and introduces the new service; on the other, it can be easily transformed into a postcard that guests can send to their friends and family. In this way, the brand’s message and values extend beyond the hotel environment, reaching a wider audience. Its unique shape further enhances the concept by allowing the postcard to be hung on the recipient’s door rather than placed in a mailbox. This gives the door hanger a new purpose and meaning, creating a memorable experience for both the sender and the recipient.
